In the AMD deal it gives you tomb raider, bioshock infinite and far cry BD.

Bioshock has no keys atm from AMD, i emailed them asking and i got this reply

Hello,

We are still working to deliver the BioShock Infinite game keys and will send you a separate email containing this key as soon as it becomes available.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Regards,

AMD Gaming Support

This was almost a month ago and i have emailed them twice since then and have been ignored, anyone got any info on this? because i am not happy and would very much like my third game

took a few days for me to get 2 of them

Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon
Crysis 3

not heared anything about the other either, I had the same reply when e-mailing them

Surely the will offer a replacement if the Bioshock keys are all gone?

I am due Bioshock Infinite, Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3 and Far Cry Blood Dragon with my upcoming card, surely they wouldn't just not supply the code or an alternative?

fwiw, I had to wait around a week for Crysis 3. Everything else came through no problem.
I guess they're just having a few issues at the moment.

Try emailing Thracks (AMD rep on these forums) if anything. May help, may not.

iv been waiting ages and after being ignored twice by amd's support i think il have to mail thracks, how do i find his profile to send a mail? kinda new to the forums

It's down to the publisher not amd. As soon as they issue keys to amd you'll get them...it happens, iirc valve ran out of batman keys in a sale a few years back, they couldn't do anything until the publisher issued more keys :)

This is a known issue, sometimes the keys run out.

Move along haters.

Haters?

Nothing to do with amd haters. When a company uses such sales techniques to shift products they should have keys to deliver.

As said not haters, just no reason people should stop pushing to get what is theirs. That or they can bend over which is i assume what you would do?

His reply was in the right context to who he was replying too, noway did he imply that the OP should not stop pushing for what he is owed but the fact is problems happens out of companies control, so calling it a giant farce? is false, just like when a work colleague messed up 70,000 steam keys, that does not make it all a farce.

We are working with Irrational Games to secure additional game codes. All game codes will be delivered to every user who is entitled to them. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we receive and load those keys into the system for mailing. :)

alright thanks for the reply, iv calmed down now

Maybe it should read "amd cards with 3 free games, but we will release the codes when we have them ( could take upto 2 months ) " ?

AMD sold graphics card with a list of "free games", that come with the graphics card.

AMD don't actually have said free games, so can't give them out.

Simple misrepresentation, no?

I'll sell you guys an 8800GT with a free Boeing 787, for more than the 8800GT is worth, provided you never ask me for the aeroplane...

The deal has been going for a while and cards have been flying off the shelves. Demand has temporarily outstripped supply.
The supply issues aren't down to AMD.

C'mon guys, don't make it out to be more than it is
