A non big phone?

A friend is looking for a new phone, she doesn't like the iphone 5 and was looking at the S4 mini. Is this a good phone? I know a lot of people were negative about the S3 Mini, any other suggestions?

My mum has one. It's got a good screen and performance is decent. The screen is RGB Samoled and 1.5GB RAM which helps.

It's a lot better than the S3 mini attempt which had half arsed specs.

Though tbh she should get the bargain Nexus 4.

S4 mini is a great phone. Just make sure you get it at the right price. One S also very good just a little aging now.

If she can pay it out right & not through contract then I'd say do what Kona said last.
