car paintwork

Hey

My Black A4 is starting to look a little tired.

Needs a good clean etc but there's some minor issues. Alloys need refurbing so going to have a go at that myself, but the paint has a lot of lines/swirls in it, some stone chips over one wheel arch and a tiny amount of rust over the rear arch.

Anyone recommend some good sites that show the best way of sorting the paint/rust/chips out? Maintaining the car once its done, as well as interior maintenance?

It's more of a discussion thread really! It always makes me laugh when someone asks a question in there and someone else replies with "it's been mentioned in this thread already!", as if the person asking the question is expected to trawl through 97 pages of discussion.
