Anyone had a spray tan before? - DONATE AND OP WILL GET A SPRAY TAN (CHARITY INSIDE TOO!)

OK thanks for that guys! :o:D Some great replies, but honestly I would have expected at least a couple of others to have done it! Then again, this is OcUK. Maybe I should copy the thread over to mumsnet or soemthing...

Honestly I was at about 60%, but now that charity is involved it does put the pressure on a bit more.

Thing is, I'm really not sure about those ones that react with your skin. Is that how they work? I thought it was just like a coloured sun cream that's really hard to wash off!

So here I am. At first I thought it’s well gay, but the more I think about it, it actually makes sense. I would get a head start on the visual tannage, and can actually enjoy the first few days because I wouldn’t stick out as ‘that really white guy’.

Anyone had one? How long do they last? My mate was on about going to one of those automated machines that spray you. Is it just a dye that makes your skin brown? Can I go swimming without it coming off?

Inb4 GAAAAAAAY.gif, pictures of Oompa loopas, David Dickinson, generic pictures of orange people etc. (Actually if I don’t get at least one of these suggestions in a reply I will be a bit disappointed).

Yeh I know but if people are donating then I'm obliged to go all the way. Anything less would be poor lad behaviour.
 
I'm all for spray tans after my first (and last) one in Florida two years ago.

Me and a mate got a voucher for a $1 spray tan on the back of an Ice Hockey ticket so for a laugh decided to go after a few beers and lots of gay comments.

At the tanning shop there was a rather lovely 21 year old American girl who took a liking to me and my 'posh' English accent (I'm from Nottingham lol)

Had a great few days ;) and we still speak quite often. I will be going to see her while over there later this year.

Spray tan FTW yo!
