If you have spare 120mm fans lieing around the Megahalems is very hard to beat in that price range (comes without fans)
Other than that, the HR-02 (as above) and 612s would be my choices though we really need ot know what'll fit in your case.

err... thermaltake updated their website, so now i can't find the max heatsink size, but it does say that the case is 48cm wide (that might help)... it also fits a 230mm fan in the top, so again, a little hint as to the size of heatsink/fan?
