Well... just went to try and find some info in my old emails, and thought I'd boot up into the hotmail web interface instead of using outlook for a change (as it's better for searching). Notice they have changed the interface to Outlook.com.
Can't seem to find what I'm looking for which I think is odd, so try to go to my oldest email in my inbox, which now appears to be two months ago. %*^£"!!?!?!!)
Go to Microsoft forums and discover many many people with the same issue, and the forum mods and helpers basically trying to be helpful and blaming it on these people rather than admitting fault. The basic notion is that they have some mobile device or other mail program that has done it, and it's not their fault.
So... how did I manage to get through over 10 years worth of using hotmail, and multiple browers/operating systems/mobile devices and still manage not to wipe my emails?
Not impressed.
Anyone noticed the same?
p.s. totally lost all my years of emails from college/uni/old friends etc.. totally gutted
(not to mention all the evidence I have that I was required to give to the US Embassy).
