I had to RMA a faulty graphics card, and thinking that I would be without my computer for maybe weeks, I was very sad. :(

But...

The very next day after Oc received my faulty card, I had my new card via express delivery.
This kind of service is what we only usually dream of, and I can tell you, Oc UK, have gained a loyal customer. I will be buying all of my computer products from them in the future, they are a top shop. :D

problem is its based on Brand.

Im sure OCUk have specific deals with various Brand names to replace faulty cards from stock, vs brands such as sapphire where they would have to send it off to be replaced by the brand.

Awesome. However Sony's used to be even better than that. My ps2 years ago so have them a ring. Next day a delivery guy turned up with a new ps2 and just gave him my broken one in a carrier bag! If only all companies did this lol

It was the speed. In similar situations with other retailers, I think my fastest turn around was about a week or more. With Overclockers they had it sorted roughly within 24 hours.

Also, I like the people on the phones, they are friendly, helpful, direct and don't ******** you. When they say something will be done, then it's done.
God, I've had some bad conversations with other company's were they basically take the ****, and you know you are getting nowhere.

I was pretty upset to find that my new graphics card was a dud, but in this case, my RMA experience has made up for it. :)

They had no problem replacing my EOL Logitech product.
