How to get a replacement for the graphics card?

About a month ago my graphics card was getting artefacts on the screen whenever I turned it on, so I update drivers, un-installed them and so on, but that didn't seem to work, but one day when I turned my computer on the problem was gone.
Now the artefacts are back again so I guess it must be a faulty card (MSI 7950), so how would I go about getting a replacement since I still have the warranty. I bought the card from Overclockers in late November 2012 and put it in my computer in January 2013 (had been busy).

Thanks.

Post in the Customers Service section with your order number, then bailey will set up the RMA.
Although with it being Saturday, I'm not sure if OCUK's CS is open.

ok, thanks. Should I post in 'Component Technical Support', because it seems to fit my query but it says to post your RMA number as well, which I don't have.

Bailey will create the RMA for you, and it's component technical support.
Just post your order number and your problem.

Although I'd check your card in another system first, and check temperatures while gaming.

when I was not getting artefacts the card was very loud when gaming and unfortunately I do not have another system to put the card in.

Check the temperatures in MSI Afterburner with the on screen display when gaming.
If it's an intermittent fault, you can ask OCUK to send it to MSI, where it'll get exchanged, lest if the fault can't be recreated (since it's intermittent) as any E-tailer would do, you'd get a testing charge.

Which is why when I had an intermittent 7850, I requested for it to be exchanged at MSI's end.

Unfortunately I can't even load up a game, because when I do the screen will go black and I have to turn my computer off by the switch.
