I might have gone slightly wrong on the numbers but it should be obvious which games I mean if I have. I left out the ones already answered. What made those easier was that they were mostly the first level of each game and back then, errm, we all played the first level of most games
Oh the double dragon one isn't double dragon 1 on the Amiga. Might be 2 or 3 or another platform or another game. EDIT: It's DD3 on the Amiga which surprised me because I've just played the arcade version and the Amiga version looks notably better. I thought it might have been some re-make from the late 90s
