Does anyone know of a gpu company that does best RMA or since I brought from OC will they sort it for me.

I'm after a 670/760 and found people are having bad cards out the box so would like someone who's got one of the cards and hows the RMA?

My brother got murdered and don't want to spend a lot of time like it had to with my sapphire 7870 as sapphire would not do their job. so I don't have the time like that.

Anyone else wants to add? as my mate had his 660 EVGA go bang for no reason and EVGA are saying he messed with it so they want nothing to do with it, so not one i want happening to me with lying company's

Hi,

please drop me an email to [email protected] about this issue. As long as the card did not get physically damaged by the customer or the very small stickers are missing we do exchange it.
If you have those emails or remember who was in contact with you please do also include this to the mail.

Generally:
if a card is faulty within 30 days we will pick it up free of charge

I have told him to email you.

Gigabyte and Msi are the best for warranty in uk.

MSI only if dealt with through retailer though, if it needs sending to their RMA base in Holland it can take upto 25 days sometimes to get sorted.

I'd put EVGA and KFA2 ahead of MSI tbh.

Last I knew Gigabyte and Msi had uk based returns systems looks like it's just gigabyte now then.

Thanks for the reply's

I heard that MSI are getting bad on the RMA stuff like not wanting to replace bad gpu's or just taking way longer than it should.

Gigabyte I have only had a motherboard and not heard anything on them for some time even on sales.

Like above it would be great for just a uk base I can send to as I always send for next day on all items I have to send back so great for uk ones.

Worth noting...

In other news it appears Gigabyte are no longer my favourite company for returns. As of May 1st 2013 they have introduced a £15 flat handling fee, to cover the return postage on items RMA'd with them direct in the UK. Obviously this doesn't apply to retailer returns but makes them a less desirable company when it comes to direct returns as their repair service used to be both fast and free.

The only positive is that if the same item is returned again for another repair, another charge is not made to the customer; though the previous returns number must be quoted.

It seems you can however arrange a courier yourself which is a nice compromise if you don't want to pay the £15.
