Help: Searching for the 404 page with a Charlie Sheen song that was posted here...

Sometime ago a thread was posted linking to a site that had a remix of the "Winning" song featuring Charlie Sheen as a 404 page. I've tried search but can't find it. Can anybody help me?

The name of the Youtube account is schmoyoho.

No it's a very specific mix that I can't find. The music only appears on the 404 page that was posted in a thread on here. Thanks though.
