Not sure how u can say people have lost the plot tbh people are just trying to get the best deal if you are happy to spend £85+ for both without trying to save money good for you others obviously are not,multiple emails have been sent all saying the same thing (from different advisors not just 1)that u will get the premium aswell (confirming 5 dlc not just the 1 u have quoted)
In all honesty it doesn't matter it's worth trying your luck at that price If it doesn't happen so be it if it does then well I have saved a lot of money compared to everyone else who have happily sat here calling people deluded and so on for ordering it from there!
Either way there truly is nothing to lose pre ordering and trying your luck if u get so angry that u don't get the premium when it comes to it cancel it its worth the risk(not that there is any)

Yes i have & i would suggest you do as well, as my not so good "d" in English GCSE seems to be doing me OK, as at no point does it say it comes with Battlefield premium
Main headline on the product page reads
"Battlefield 4 - Free Premium Expansion DLC When You Pre Order Now PC"
Which by any reasonable English speaking nation means singular, also as you know the full Premium is called "Battlefield Premium"
So if it read,
"Battlefield 4 - Free battlefield Premium When You Pre Order Now PC"

The description page is just a simple whats BF4 about & not whats in the box of the item you are purchasing, that's the front page which clearly means a singular dlc and by all accounts that will be "China Rising".
The description page also say's November 1st 2013 is that the correct date it comes out?
I'm all for people getting the best deal they can, the peeps who VPN to mexico have done good on that was it £43 all in?, the only way i will get BF4 is if it comes free with my next GPU as full price is not what i want to pay.
However as i said before just because you wish it to be does not make it so, also as before just because someone is Customer Service does not know what they are talking about does not mean you will get it, companies can and do make mistakes.
