I went from a 100mm to an 80mm stem and its absolutely perfect, should have done it years ago. Apart from reducing reach to the bars it also raises them slightly which is what I was trying to achieve.

We all know that wearing Castelli gear gets you laid.

I'd also consider wearing an aero oversock underneath, that's what I'm planning on doing once it gets cold (or, rather wearing a shoe like them over my current oversocks).

Nobody gets laid wearing overshoes!:p

I just want a pair that fits and keeps my feet toasty. I don't do non-commuting rides in the rain so waterproofing is not important.

Don't get those bbb ones, get the artic ones, I've been out with them all over winter and they kept my feet warm, and I get really cold feet with bad circulation

Has anybody heard of a company called Kooka before? They appear to make a titanium seatpost and stem far cheaper than the likes of Van Nicholas, but I've never heard of them and information online is somewhat sketchy.

Went out to do the bundy route that guys do on a Tuesday and Thursday night whilst stopping for lunch in Lanark at Kierans work.

Strava has managed to work out I did 37 miles, I worked it out roughly that before I left but I didn't run gps from Lanark to Wishaw so it's a straight line. It gives a stupidly high average speed that way.

Any way I can edit to add in the bits I did?
