Yeah, I'm very much a learn on the job kind of person. Just going to get some game time in over the next few weeks.

So far what I've enjoyed most is being a nuisance to my opponents and hoping that someone else on my team is good enough to recognise and capitalise on that. Ymir is fun for that, I love trolling people with the ice wall as they try to get away.

well I think I'm probably gonna stick with Neith, just got a 5 streak with a very bad loosing team who kept trying to surrender...party poopers.

I keep thinking that with Loki, but if you are out levelling them then they are going to get destroyed. My best game to date (22-1-4) was a 4v4 and we were about 2 levels higher than any one on their team. This makes me think that the scaling between levels is slightly wrong, as even 1 level difference makes a big difference.

BTW how do you make things auto-purchase? I've set up some items but doesn't seem to work. makes it annoying having to keep checking when your back at spawn.

I never use auto purchase, but i think on the screen where you select the god for the match there is a box you tick. i think you have to do it every time.

poseidon you have to know how to play. you have to fill up the bar by just using your normal attack, and then you activate the 3 shot thing and it is a lot more powerful. I personally don't like him but I hear people raving about him all the time. Plus I occasionally get destroyed by him!
 
Yeah, to much focus on building the power which is not my play style at all.

I prefer to be in and out of combat helping the team, so Neith is ideal for me, still gonna keep trying other gods though of course.
 
Carry, probably followed by support.

I'm only gonna play Arena, unless you guys are on as all the conquest and domination matches i play people are too stupid and give up as soon as it's not going their way...so silly.

For carry the best/easiest i would say are Neith, Xbalanque and anhur. I just looked on the website and literally all of the carrys are good apart from perhaps bastet. For support, chang'e, guan yu, hades are very strong. If you want to try another tank, hercules is very good.

If I think about it, almost all gods are good in their own ways. It all comes down to trying them out!
