Next OCUK meet after karting?

Donington National 30th Oct £149. I think it needs to be done, been way too long.

RR would be good if the S15 build was ready, but it won't be.

Can't we go camping or walking or Euro tripping to some random "theme" park or such like

How about attempting the Three peaks challenge. Involves a fair bit of driving as well as hiking, camping etc. Rugged outdoorsy stuff you know, away from the confines of a PC like. ;)
Crap weather in November too so that'll sort the men out from the boys on the side of Snowdonia . :p

What is this craze of drifting and burnouts. I used to do that when I was 17, it was embarrassing then!

How about White water rafting down the River Wye below the Brecon beacons then, that was a nice bit of a team day out (done it before)
They get you to race a bit, tug of war between rafts, get you to stand up and what not. Was quite fun.

A centrally located "Go Ape" course maybe

Or better still.... Change of tac..

Off road Go karting (cos you know it'll be ****ing down in November anyway)

Even more reason to not do a meet and stay at home by the fire, wrapped up in a blanket with a hot cup of coco. :p

All ideas so far are interesting, I do have to agree though, in Nov the weather will be naff so standing about for the RR could well be rather horrible and cold. If you're going to get cold and wet, might as well do something fun like the karting etc.
 
I was going to say keep all your random meet ideas to GD, but then I realised the GD lot are weird and I know far more people in Motors anyway :D

An RR is kind of a once or twice-yearly "tradition" as a) people always want to see how their cars are doing and b) it's a pretty central location for a meet. But it could be interesting to mix things up a bit with a different kind of meet! I think Rob needs to man up a little, however ;)
 
Very rare I even step in GD, very weird place indeed.

Anyway why not paintballing? Shooting people in the face is always fun.

And I agree at it being something car related. What about an epic round road trip type thing, you know all those amazing roads you see on car programs? What about visiting those, having a great drive, stopping at various places for meal/rest?
