Hey guys,

So nowadays, I buy nothing but Blu-ray.

I do have hundreds of DVDs and just looked on various sites which are offering me around 20/30p per DVD (jokers)

Just wondering if there's any where I could sell 50/60 DVD's at around £2 a pop?

Cheers,

Gustov

Hold on to them, they'll come back in fashion. Every other form of media has.

If you really want to, try eBay. I managed to sell 50 CDs there for £50. But I still think I got lucky.

i got rid of mine on one of those tv advertised sites, couldnt shift em any other way, was not really worth the effort, only did it as one went for 3£ for some reason

They offer between 20 - 40p, screw that!

Just counted and I have about 70 naff ones I'd be more than happy to part way with.

I got rid of some naff ones on music magpie last year, made about £20. Free postage was a plus!

Lad at work brought in about 200 and said 7 dvds for 5 quid. Managed to sell quite a few I think.

Maybe just sell em at work but offer some earnings to charity and people might jump on em.

Get rid, you wont get £2 each though, by the time you pay postage pointless selling them. Just go to musicmaggpie or simillar and accept 25p each or what ever it is these days.

Sold every cd and dvd i owned (roughly 200 cd's and 200 dvd) to music magpie a while ago,i could have got more listing them on e bay but with e bay's prices, the grief of the buyer being a idiot and the time it takes to list them all i found music magpie easy, scanned them all with my phone and packed them up,they do the rest with the courier and was a relief to see them all go.

Stick em in the MM

I've bought quite a few DVDs via the MM, it obviously depends on what they are and I don't know how many other people will continue to buy DVDs from there when they could potentially purchase Blu-Rays or 4K disks but it's a free option to list and most of the transactions are trouble-free.

Same here.

If you offer a good discount on postage for multiple buys, you should shift a few. Depending on the titles, of course.

Did you receive the amount you were quoted?
