Asus Sabertooth for amd

right am looking at a new system and i have already asked for a motherboad spec'ing and was give a nice board option that i was happy with @ £115

BUT... i have just been offered a Asus Sabertooth 990FX for £70, i know it never been hammed as its a friends system. is this board at that price worth it or do i go with my first choice Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
