********* The Official GTA V (5) thread! *********

Only the CVG guys, and some others saying both looked identical when they got to see/play. other than that nothing has been said.

[K1LLSW1TCH]

There probably won't be a huge noticeable difference between the versions anyway.

[G-MAN2004]

I wont be playing it though as I don't like the GTA games at all....

Burn him at the stake!

[Matson]

im honestly shocked at the draw distance and smoothness with loads of stuff on screen. When you think that its running on 500mb of ram its kind of incredable lol. Imagine what there going to be able to do with 8gb

[Aeleys]

Confirmed that the Lifeinvader.com offers are going to be in game, as long as you link your game to your social club account. sweet!

only 5 years to wait and see

Released right before Freshers week. Looks like I'll be playing all day, getting hammered at night and coming in at 5am ready to start playing again.

That's my plan.

Damn rockstar know what they're doing!!

[MrMarvelous]

My God my prayers have been answered! The driving doesn't look no where near as bad as GTA 4/EfLC. Car damage from the videos looks exactly the same though which is a good thing, hopefully they've left a cheeky rope swing glitch in there too!

[Aeleys]

I liked that glitch too, and all the ones that allowed you to go under the map and such... annoys the hell out of people.

Shh but i found this on reddit, they picked the most obscure streaming site that only had 4 viewers until this came on

[MrMarvelous]

Do you know what platform he's playing it on? Looks impressive, R* must have squeezed every last bit of power out of current gen consoles.

[Adamthegreat984]

It's amazing !! makes me realise i can stick with my 360 for another 6-12 months

Too bad all the kids are lagging it even more with the spam.

Honestly can't believe how good it looks for current gen consoles.

[Aeleys]

Ditto, they have got every last bit of juice out of this gen.

[Macky]

Does it run at 60FPS?

[Aeleys]

I've no idea.

[MrMarvelous]

Highly doubt it.

[Aeleys]

But, from what I've seen it looks smoooooooooooth.
