New build - help requested £400 approx budget

Hi

I am helping my old man put together a new build to replace his single core 8 year old PC that's finally given up the ghost.

I'm a big Intel fan, can anyone help me with a spec?

Good question! My parents really only use their computer for word processing, online shopping etc. They have some interest in converting some old VHS tapes into digital format although I'm not sure how all of that works myself.

The main thing is for it to be pretty responsive, so I'm certainly looking to throw an SSD into the mix.
 
I've thrown this together, any suggestions? (around £400 budget)

Edit: I was hoping to use the stock cpu cooler to save money - but any advice on this would also be appreciated
