listening to revista, they were saying a combination of him not having had much pre season training and Lopez not doing much wrong to get replaced.

but i'd say its more hes carrying some sort of injury, as the lack of training seems a bit of an odd one, unless of course he just hasn't impressed in training.

wasn't there suspicions from Mourinho that Casillas was responsible for leaking team info/arguments etc, to his girlfriend who's involved with tv ?

Think Fabregas got hte assist for the first, maybe the second(stupid stream flaked and I didn't see the build up but they seemed to congratulate Fabregas like he set it up. Third was 2 mins after the second and a great move with Fab(less involved) Neymar with the assist and Messi with his third. Really good volley from Postiga to at least pretend the game might be interesting in terms of who might win it :p

Pique again should probably have done better for the goal.

EDIT:- damn skygo stream always being 2-3 mins behind is a pain in the ass :p might well be interesting in the second half then. How Barca haven't gotten themselves a couple big ass CB's who know how to defend I really don't know. They've only clearly needed them for 4-5 years now. Hell of a jump from Postiga though, cracking jump.

Sociedad lost 2-1 earlier, it wasn't a great performance. Villa still looks brilliant and got a good goal, should have had a couple more though. Sociedad were pretty terrible in the first half, woke up but still weren't good enough in the second. They looked just very tired and defensively such a huge problem. Usually the defence is excellent and they turn that into counter attacks brilliantly. Today the defence consistently played it out extremely badly putting themselves straight under pressure and stopping their attack getting into a rythm. They look tired from Europe, might be less bad in the season when they have less tough teams and if its tough teams, they should also have played in Europe. But that small squad and not being used to 50+ games a year was always going to make this year a huge struggle for them. Two euro games, two wins, great wins, great performances, but dropped points the following league game both times as well. I think they'll badly struggle for 4th again this year, but that isn't a problem. Euro run this year, finish top half, league only next year, push high again, rinse repeat.
