I think you may have a hard time getting everything for £600.
You'd probably get better value from an AMD build, or at least an AMD graphics card, but I'm not up to scratch with what's good and what's not when it comes to AMD graphics cards.
With a reasonable 24" monitor, Windows 8 and the cheapest mouse and keyboard combination available. You're only left with £360.
No hard drives or dvd drives with the build above but it is difficult to get a gaming pc with everything for £600 especially with windows. If you could get windows elsewhere you could get the rig below. I would suggest trying to save a bit more though. There's a AMD richland build below it but it is a little over, you could drop to a 19" monitor to get within budget but I think it would be worth spending that little bit more. It's worth noting that the AMD build wouldn't be as good as the Intel rig below or be as upgradable.
