I was watching some leaked game play the other day and there are definitely random events like this.
 
As stated, most monitors that have HDMI will also have a headphone/audio out socket so that the audio from the HDMI can be passed through to either headphones or an amp.

Things I'm fearing for tomorrow:

  • Package is opened and theived by RM
  • Postie puts it through wrong door
  • CD is damaged
 
I finish work just after 2300 and don't really fancy hanging around till midnight to go to Tesco and try to get it. Are they likely to sell them a little early does anyone know?

i have this game and theres always action happening, seen 2 police shoot outs with a gang numerous sirens going off, and chases, even saw a cop get killed by a randomer... also drove into a neighbour hood, and loads of guys came out there houses as i pulled a pistol on a gang member... also ive seen a few armored trucks, that you can rob apparently, but its risky business, as they are manned!
 
Managed to snag the plate Davey on the iFruit app, which surprised me. I hope everyone gets the game tomorrow, not sure I can put up with another 10 pages of people moaning that they don't have it ;)
 
All I know is I definitely played GTA4 in HD on the same monitor on a 360 and had no problem with sound. I'd assumed it was HDMI but it clearly wasn't as there's no HDMI port on the monitor.

VGA, DVI-D, S- Video, Composite and Component are the 5 lights across the front when I flick through them.

I got the GTA 500gb PS3 deal thing for 200 quid, I'm guessing that won't be HD out the box will it?

You can't be bothered to wait less than 60 minutes to pick up the game and then go and get a decent nights sleep, but would rather get up early? Madness!
 
I don't want to hang round at work and if I go home first I won't want to go out again :D

Also I haven't played a PS3 game for ages so I bet my controller is dead.
 
I was going to wait a while, but have decided I can't. Unfortunately, I don't have a pre order. What's the chances of being able to pick the game up without a pre-order tomorrow?

How do you install the install disk, manually, or do you wait to be instructed to do so by the play disc?
