Stephan Turk

Yeah,totally valid comparison. :D

Nicking pen = Armed Robbery. Congratulations my dear Boy.

But surely your point is that the victim of the crime decides how to punish the perp on the spot so if the bookie was an angry **** with anger issues who's to say how he'd react and in your professed opinion he'd be right however he chose to do so.

Thank you, for a while then i thought i was writting greek

Murder charge?

Give the guy a medal.

Do you really think this guy wants a medal? I reckon he wants to turn the clock back and not shoot the robber with his illegal fire arm, call the police and collect his insurance.

I did not realise that the shooting occurred in Germany, the US or any of the other jurisdictions you haven't mentioned.

We're discussing, amongst the French incident, general property and self defence theories,so that's what I was getting at.Anyway, give the guy a medal.

Wow,your reasoning still fails.Good Night.

No your point was fine, some didn't understand and others pretended not to understand so as not to give their internet enemy any ground, IMHO you're dead on with your prediction as to what the jeweler wishes had gone down, I bet he looks 20 years older than he did 24 hours ago.

Lol defending your property from an armed robber is the same as stealing a pen lol. ****

personal insults will get you absolutely no were, i just drags your argument even further into the gutter.
you completely miss the points myself and other forum members try to make.
you continually quote people out of context and try to make them look stupid for no benefit to this thread other than to be argumentative.
there can be no conversation or debate with you.
you made one good point earlier on which i agreed with to an extent, you refused to acknowledge it, instead you went of on a childish tangent about "THE PEN".

it must kill you deep down inside knowing you are wrong.

The only thing that kills me deep down inside is the knowledge of people like yourself elevating the rights of a Robber over those of the robbed, that is all.

how are we elevating the rights of the robber?
the robber has no rights because he is dead.
why is he dead? because he was unlawfully killed.

mr turk still has rights, he has the right to a fair trial.
the robber would have had the same basic right if mr turk hadnt have taken the law into his own hands.

According to yourself and others the jeweller had no right to protect his property, which is what he was doing.Hopefully he will be cleared in court,as he should be.

ok you win, i was wrong, you should be able to protect your property by shooting the criminal in the back, even though they are not on your premises and you are out of danger, with an illegal gun.

No need to sulk now,you Leftie-Liberal types have undermined the CJS for long enough.

No im not sulking, ive just given up trying to have any meaning debate with you.
And now at 23:52 i have better things to do than entertain somebody that cant see past the end of their own nose.
