Best tyres for 205-55-16 V

I'm thinking Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance seems to be the best all rounders. Anything else out there worth looking at?

I've got Pirelli P7 Cinturato which are good. £300 for 4 fitted.

Thanks for replying. I looked at both of those on black circles but the goodyears has the best rating of the 3 for fuel, wet braking and noise levels.

Ignore those ratings, they're guff. Do more harm than good given the level of nonsense they contain.

Actually the efficient grip performance seems to be at least as good as the continental in tests.

It may well be, I didn't make any comment on the tyres, just that the ratings are generally rubbish.

They seem very highly rated on tyrereviews.co.uk as well. Think I'll just get the goodyears. Need to get some new tyres asap. Was able to spin up the ones I have yesterday on half throttle in first on a damp road. (2 litre petrol mondeo)

I second this, from when I was looking last year these were the most recommended. At the time they were in short supply so had to get premium contact 2s which are going well.
