INSANE BUILD (NEED HELP)

My Friend said he needed me to build him a pc. Here is the build so far.
The one problem is that he wants 4 monitors how many graphics cards will i need?

So all i haven't decided on is the GPU.

(the budget doesnt really matter much as long as it is under 2-3 thousand)

Thanks a lot for the build but i have one issue, i am not confident with water cooling D; (worried if it will leak)

No water cooling involved, it's a closed loop cooler requiring no maintenance.
