********* The Official GTA V (5) thread! *********

Things I learned today

1. 'Did somebody say yoga' is the best mission ever.
2. The sub is very cool(though I got very bad framerates whilst using it, must have been around 15.)
3. Don't go on the freeway when trying to evade cops with a 2 star or higher wanted level!
4. Maybe it's just me, but the chopper is very awkward to control.
5. Walking from Mt chiliad to the airport takes ages! (didn't even break in to a jog;))

The mission structure is unbelievably good I this game. They have really learned from how awful IV was, where every mission was simply drive somewhere, kill everyone.

It seems to me that Franklyn is the character made to do exploring and side quests with. He just basically does his own thing and is a bit more separate to the others.

I did the chopper stuff at the flight school last night, and it was easy enough to make it go where I wanted it to, but it was shaking all over and looked a bit ridiculous. Nice that they go so much faster now though.

How do you turn headlights on a car?

I could have sworn in the first mission you were asked to press a button to turn car headlights on?

Problem: when in ammunation if i have 3 pistols available to me, how do i choose which i have in my slots?

EDIT: NEVERMIND! It equips all guns

When your in the weapon select wheel, when I go over the pistol slot I can then press left and right on the D-Pad to choose between the different pistols

Doing the random events is well worth it...

I saw some kid getting his bike stolen so I got it back for him, about an hour later (real time) the guy sent me an email saying he is a millionaire entrepreneur and sent me $100,000 worth of stocks in his company.

In regards to cars and keeping them safe, I appear to have the opposite 'problem'. Came out of franklins house to find one of those beat up beetle buggy type things on the road outside, yet I'd never put it in a garage. Also had a motorbike in the impound which I'd not put in a garage, I'd just used it to get away from the cops.

My theory is: perhaps I switched characters whilst in these vehicles with franklin, and this somehow made him own them, hence the car turning up outside my house on the road etc :p

lol is that the chopper nearish the airport, i done the same, but had no place to save it, - one of the trevor missions you do allows you to save 1 chopper :)

Missed this I think, yeah it was near there although the pilot was not landing on the helipad but somewhere industrial which was weird!
