New Toy: Celica GT4

Just turned 20 so thought I would treat myself to a GT4, pretty much standard apart from a straight through exhaust, uk model too so cheaper insurance.

there called FAFFS for a reason and you will soon find that out, i love them, get some cheap gen 7 leather seats in it and makes it feel a lot more current.

i have had 5 celicas. sold my rx8 and my CTR to go back to a celica, gen 7 GT owner

mileage was about 69000 when I got it and it cost me £2800

yeah its still the same suspension as the jap model

looks like a good example, what colour code is that? think its the same as mine, seems quite a rare colour, i'm having trouble getting hold of new doors for mine as they are rusted through, check the drains on the doors arent blocked its a common problem on the gen 6 celica. Mines currently in the garage getting work done for the mot, or basically giving me my annual wallet emptying. Reliable cars but they are expensive to maintain.

Im pretty sure its called storm blue, and yeah haven't seen many of them about. The fuel is draining my wallet at the minute, hopefully it wont need much doing for the MOT, seems like a pretty solid car and it handles like its on rails.

Welcome to the club. Fantastic underated cars. Although they can get a bit pricey once you get started. Just paid a little over 100 for front brake hoses and that was with a discount!
