Hey all.

I was gona sell my gfx card on ebay but sold it on ocuk forums mm instead. So i did list it then cancel it. Now they are asking fees which tbh i dont think i should pay cos i canceled the listing as sold elsewhere anyhow the point is i have found out that they are charging me £1 for the gfx card listing and a mysterious listing for mafia 2 which i have never put on ebay and dont have to sell anyhow.

This is what its showing:

10-Sep 12:15:38 MAFIA 2 PC Standard Edition "Steam code only"
Buy It Now Listing Fee £0.15
10-Sep 12:15:38 MAFIA 2 PC Standard Edition "Steam code only"
Insertion Fee £0.10
10-Sep 12:15:38 MAFIA 2 PC Standard Edition "Steam code only"
Scheduled Listing Fee £0.06

How do i contact ebay to say this has nothing to do with me at all and i never listed mafia 2 and ebay selling history backs this up.

Robbing ******....

So i dont wana phone them cos probs not a free number and so i never phone anything unless its free due to my free mins etc on my mobile.

I want to email them but cant find anything in their contact us section just questions and answers with no damn way to actually talk to them about issues directly that isnt in their QA.

So what do i do?

I dont call any number where it isnt starting with 01 02 or 03 or a mobile number as it would cost me on my mobile and not use my free minutes.

Also yeah im not paying for somit i didnt use. If i rang a 0800 number it would cost me a lot more than 31p.

So i am after a working email to contact them directly, i hope someone hear knows one.

Use skype to call the 0800 number then.

It's a listing fee. You pay both the listing fee and a final value fee if the item sells, but you'll still need to pay the listing fee if you cancelled the listing.

How can people use ebay but not understand the fundamental basics?
