Howdy folks :D im so happy right now, got all my bits to finish off my build, i dont know what i was worrying about, i must have completed my build within a couple of hours and that is including installing O/S :D really could not be happier and thank you all to everyone who's head's i done in over the past few weeks with spec checks etc,etc lol its a lot easier to get my head round stuff with the bits infront of me, it was a total nightmare when i was trying to figure things out just by looking at pics and reading on the tinternet i tell you.

Few things on the buy list now like, better keyboard and mouse (i should have listened to you lol), Web cam, bit of a better desk, this one is brand new but its hell wobbly and kind of annoys me lol, apart from the named, not a lot more im really lusting for, totally happy with all aspects, and i took the advice and went with the i5 4670k and its crunched everything ive thrown at it thus far :)

WELL, here is a few snaps of my pride and joy (nothing compared to a lot on here but im soo happy), i was meant to take pics as i went along with the build but sorry to say my camera didnt even get a 2nd thought when i was in the middle of building lol

Tingling

Same as me - got specced up on here and build went like a dream - fired up first time.

Just fitted graphic's card and pleased as punch.

Never mind the fans, that psu is trying to suck air through the bottom of that case. Either turn the psu upside down or stick something under the case to let the psu breath otherwise it will have a short life!!

Nice build ..... but you know that case has cable management holes right? ;)

i thought i done quite well for cable management lol, :(

the case has got feet atleast 40mm off the carpet, would u recommend putting some wood under it still so its sitting on the wood? i would never lay it on the floor so the psu fan mesh is touching the floor

Start again. :D:p:D

I would do just that. The further away from the carpet you can get that psu intake the better. It will have less chance of sucking fluff up. The case will settle deeper into the carpet over time as well.

really! lol :)

cool mate, ill take a trip down to my local hardware store later on and get a bit of wood a little bigger in size of the case, will the PSU be ok sucking in then with the case on the wood? you have got me worried now :(
