Hi guys,

As per title I'm looking for a decent handset, sim free (or on O2).

Ideally I'd like to use Instagram, words with friends, ebay and amazon apps, but not totally needed as I have an old HTC Sensation I could use?

Want a fast phone, decent browser and push email for hotmail (live) with contacts and calendar?

Also want good battery life, or if not the ability to swap out with a spare?

Any ideas? Also please say where from or links?

Thanks :)

To be honest most half-decent smartphones should do you fine, however I'd wait for the Nexus 5 to come out if I were you, purely because it'll be a very high end device at a mid-range price point. No brainer really, unless you desperately need a phone now.

Thanks for the rec, any idea when it's due out?

Build quality is great on the GS4, though perceived quality is not top drawer. Not terrible either.

New Nexus 5 will be like the new Nexus 7 by the looks of things - so decent.

Perception of "good battery life" can differ from person to person. How long are you wanting to get between charges?

Most devices that have push mail (one of your requirements) will struggle to get more than a day of realistic usage.

Also, the Nexus 5 won't have a removable battery.
