There's a few options for deep-dish aero wheels with alloy tyre beads for clinchers:
Mavic cosmics, Easton ea70 and Planet-X CT45 all have alloy rims with deep carbon fairings and aero spokes.

The shape of the tyre looks a bit more like a tub to me (it doesnt bulge out over the edge of the rim) but it's impossible to tell from the photo.

All the tubs I've used don't have a threaded valve stem as there is no need to keep the valve drawn up to the rim like there is with a clincher.
 
But as we have kind of established, once you are hauling 1800g +/- of CT45's you have kind of defeated the purpose...

Let's see what the good people at Yishun have to say regarding tubular rim options ;)

don't think its worth me getting it though, as a rarely use any lights, was just going to get the blinder 4, use in flashing mode so that people know im there, also after work I might need a light over winter months if I get caught out

don't commute , have a turbo (due to arrive next week)

so might be too much ?

love the idea of putting one light on flashing the other on a wide/low beam

Sorry, but I do not want one with an external battery
if I was commuting id get one, but I do club rides most often, so do not want the hassle of carrying a battery pack around lol

thanks for your help though, any others I could consider?

as I got 2 bikes I rather not have mounts, ideally one with the mount attached to the lights, again if I was commuting I would consider something like that

liking UniQs idea though
 
Did 90% of my winter bike build today. Considering it was my first ever build it didn't go too badly. Normally half way through DIY project I wish I hadn't started and start looking for a hammer however this wasn't too bad.

Pressed in BB cups with make shift press tool made from some threaded rod, nuts, washers and some hard wood. Hard to get the bearings to line up straight but a bit of gentle persuasion worked.

Routing cables was actually pretty easy despite the internal cable design of the frame. I actually found cutting the cable outers and sizing them a harder job.

Bar tape isn't the most pro job but it will do for this bike.

The one **** up I made was when I was setting the rear mech and indexing. I managed to fray the gear cable and basically that means I need a new cable.

Everything else seems to be ok.

not the best light for a photo but here is a quick pic of the progress.

Need to buy a hacksaw tomorrow and get a new gear cable. :(

Your LBS will do individual cables for a couple of squid each. Looking good (although white tape on a winter bike? :p). Are you going to put an decals on her or keep it bare?
