Hello,
Currently got an Antec TP 650w psu which is semi-modular.

I bought one of the iceq-turbo cards from daily deal the other day to crossfire with my OCUK VTX 7950 (same as todays HIS daily deal card)

Do I need a new PSU to handle it?
(Other system spec is 3770K @ 4.2, 32GB ram, 4HDD's, 1 SSD, 2 DVD drives, 8 fans)

If so which one? Would prefer fully modular if possible, lookin to spend up to around £100-£120

Thanks

I have an 8350 with a gigabyte 7950 and a msi 7950.

I think i am just about scraping along with my XFX 650W. Takes 2 boots to start sometimes and blue screens on start up, then starts fine. I assume its related to power. I've bought a wattage monitor thing for my plug. Because i am planning to slap a new PSU in too.

If you still care when it arrives tomorrow, ill say how much it pulls.

That OCZ isn't really overkill but the quality of the seasonic unit is much better, shame you've just missed it on offer, its gone back to £120 now..

Nothing wrong with the OCZ i just think for the same money the seasonic is better.

your problem would be down to the 8 core space heater your running as a cpu
