Looks like Michael Jacksons mercenary/money grabbing family have lost out in their bid to wring more money out of his tour promoters.
I am not in the least bit sympathetic in any way.

Of course it was about money. Maybe not directly but if the family had won you can bet your ass they would have pursued them for god only knows how many millions (billions) of dollars now that they can't milk their cash cow/freak show any more.
They claim AEG were only interested in making money which is a bit rich from that lot!

Come on... the guy had been Jackson's personal doctor for years, Jackson had asked for him... This guy was someone who was prepared to give him anesthetic, something he'd been doing long before the tour and something people close to him allegedly knew about.
