GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

Attempting to DL the patch locked my PS3 3 times, still get 'servers unavailable' message when trying to play. Come on Rockstar!!!!!
 
Can't even do SP now... Doing a Beverly mission where you have to take a photo, but of course for some reason it has to load up the social club thing before you can take one, and it times out:rolleyes:
 
I had a quick go online just now and joined a sessionw ith some French gamers on. The city is less busy online :/

Anyway, I taught one guy who sounded about 8yrs old a lesson life's ups and downs moments. He was shouting for help over voice comms trying to get rid of some cops shooting him so I ran up and took care of him and nicked $100 his cold corpse left behind.

I think his last words were "what are you doing?!?".

IIRC the whole picture taking malarkey was quite a problem on the opening few days anyway. You can expect much the same while Online is getting used to the load.
 
Recreated my character again on ps3....then I got dumped in mid air by the vinewood sign rather than going through the tutorial. So I'm in the game, with other players, but can't run the tutorial and can't do anything as a result :-\

Edit - ah! Joining a new session kicked in the intro and tutorials.... A most odd bug though!

Some guys are right wimps had a guy sitting about wating for ppl to rejoin a session then kill them before they were fully aware, killed me a few times so i challeneged him to a 1v1 deathmatch, but he rejected and left the session.

Had a game of tennis earlier, im ashamed to say i demolished the guy i was playing with was a 1 setter and won without loosing a match, 4th match was the best went to deuce/adv about 7 time with some decent rallies, then i served to win the 5th and aced each shot.

Just noticed my R* page is now showing my online char/stats etc. Hopefully that's a good sign that they are sorting the saves out & they are actually saving.
Was on for ages again yesterday but did get kicked & have to reboot my PS3 a couple of times. Didn't lose anything after any kicks/rejoining so it's only the rejoining that's a pain.
My friends list, the mobile & getting into each others games hasn't been a problem & when ingame paired up things ran smooth.
Been having loads of fun but me & a Euro Dude seem to spend our time steaming about the map looking for things to rob rather than following the missions or grinding for cash.
He reckons my char needs Anger management but when you are riding in the sissy seat it seems wrong not to shoot old bill & anything else that moves. :p
We have said we need to be a lot more constructive with our time but then we both seem to trigger trouble. :D

Met my first OcUK Dude online last night so Hi to Matt. Hope I've remembered your name correctly mate as it was very late, a Friday evening & me & Euro Dude had just about lost it by then & were as random as a couple of escaped mental patients. :p
