Currently I'm doing strong lifts pretty much every other day (with the odd gap). Whilst doing my routine I usually do a little extra supplimentary stuff such as brocep curls, dips and pull ups and the like (though far less of the last two than I should be doing).

Is there anything I can do on my off days that wouldn't impact my main 5x5 days? Random isolation work would be fine. I just find cardio really boring unless I'm riding my bike somewhere so I'd prefer to steer clear of it if possible.

When the weight starts creeping up, rest days on 5x5 become very valuable :p

Perhaps some foam rolling/mobility work? Don't do something for the sake of it, rest is important. Just make the days you do train really count.

The 5x5 routine IS your routine. The whole point is to not make it too crazy and focus on something very simple, with rigid progression.

after doing stronglifts for like 3 months minimum, then move to just isolation work for 3 months, then go back to stronglifts.

this way you build muscle as well as strength.

Yeah...in a perfect world that is true. However I do not always have time to push things on the main days but I may have more time the day after. Also, as above, I have deloaded lately so it will be a month ish before I'm back to my limits.

I've been doing strong lifts since January.

It's 3 exercises a day for 3 sessions a week. If you stopped adding supplementary work and put 100% in to the main lifts you would have time.

Lots of foam rolling, mobility stuff as already mentioned. Maybe a session practising form with literally the bar, or bar + 5kg either side.

No thank you, stick with just Stronglifts do it properly and as said you'll need the rest.
You don't grow in the gym, you grow while you're resting.
