Best way to keep a spare battery

Hi,

I got a free spare battery with my Drift Ghost Pro that I can't see myself using at all, at least not until the current battery starts to give up.

Is there any good way to store the spare without that slowly dying?

What chemistry?

If it's lipo store @ 3.85v and somehwre cool (fridge is good but don't freeze).

Well I think it does matter who, some folk seem to have intruders back there

Same as lipo then - 3.85v (around 40% charge) and somewhere cold (but not freezing).

They don't self discharge, so no need to charge them up every now and then like you have to do with nimh chemistry.

Swap batteries now and then. Once a month or two. Store half charged.
