Urgent Help needed Please - Which 42" TV

Hi guys, I need to purchase a new HDTV doesn't have to be 3D, Just 42" and of good quality

Been looking at the Panasonic TX-L42E6B and the Sony KDL42W653

Both are around the £500 mark, which Tv is better? Need to purchase something tomorrow..

Or is there any other similar priced TVs from other manufactures

Opinions needed quick please

I went for the Sony

The HD is amazing - I prefer it to my old plasma

SD not so stunning - think plasma was better

Still upset, had Panasonic Plasmas for the last 7 years

I got my Sony KDL42W653 and Panasonic TX-L42ET60 coming tomorrow , this is going to be fun choosing

Let me know which you prefer, Everywhere I went everyone said the Sony has much more to offer and the main thing the image quality but you can never properly tell in the shops

Its not going to be a easy choice , Ive been to a few shops today and they are saying that the Panasonic would be the way to go :confused:

Been reading the reviews for the Sony and its been getting good scores

One thing i get confused on is the 600Hz motion rate on the Panasonic ? Sony is only 200Hz

I literally jsut ordered the Panny yesterday, nearly all reviews gave it to the Panny.

Seemed to be a bit of an issue with skin tone colours and yellows with the Sony, which apparently is a common thing for Sony screens.
