Companies to supply IT Support to small office (6 ppl) in London?

A friend is currently running a small office in London. They are a big annoyed with their current IT guy who seems to be a bit of a one man band.

Can Anyone recommend a company that can provide support to such an office when they need it?

I'm a bit lost as to where to start!

I really don't know to be honest, give them a call would be the best bet. They set everything up, and the guy that started it is our dedicated support contact for anything minor/major.

You would need to clarify what they would be supporting, it could be the likes of a small insurance company that uses old crud like AS400/Sco/MSDOS based systems (a lot do still exist when funds for IT are tight) in which case would need a very specific set of skills. If it is office and W7/8 environment then anyone could well do and I would go for the best SLA for the money.

Nothing special - a handful of laptops, a few desktops and printers.

no specialist programs, just the infrastructure
