I noticed last night that the B-grade prices on Nvidia cards had been slashed big time, GTX690's down to £430/£499 for ASUS/EVGA, GTX770 white to £240, GTX680 to £199.

Are they trying to clear stock due to the influx of AMD cards, or because Nvidia are planning something with cards/prices? /popcorn

Unless they gave a false press release to anand im not sure any other prices drops are going to happen. Link.

just got one of them asus 690's to upgrade over my two 560ti's.

should be a good upgrade. yes?
Just make sure you stay away from SuperSampling AA etc and you'd be fine. Settings like that are know to rape the performance of cards with just a 256-bit memory bus.

For only £440 (providing that they work perfectly fine) it is a good deal for a GTX690.

Super sampling doesn't rape the memory bus....

I bought a b grade motherboard. Aside from it turning up a bit dirty and scratched it worked perfectly. It turned out to be a crappy board so i DSR'd it in the end anyway.

Hi, can you tell me please if B-Grade mean = second hand = Used ?

Yes. Either DSR'd or sent back by someone here for whatever reason. It can also be a replacement for a faulty item that has been sent to ocuk from the manufacturer as a working refurbished item.

Usually if you see something you like on b grade, just stick your head into cs and ask them to adjust pricing on that item accordingly, done that a few times :)

Had a few b grade items too, been 'as new' every time so can't complain.
