It worked in America with the Greenback dollar, why wouldn't it work over here?

Oh sorry I wasn't aware if I didn't support this then I was automatically an advocate for corporate greed and success. Silly me now I see you are totally correct and a crazy concept at best partially proved to be useful in another country 150 years ago during a civil war that was unstable, abused by financial institutions and quickly removed upon cessation of war is totally a good idea.

Perhpas you could, rather than just copying and pasting a link, explain what the 'idea' actually is, how it would 'work' and how it would differ/be more beneficial from the quantitative easing the Bank of England has already engaged in?
