is the social club borked? It doesn't show my position in the crew when i look on my laptop, can't connect to crew games and when I look at crew members it usually shows 0/31 when there are over 200 people?

only if you obtained them from a mission/pickup as far as I know
Went into one of my frenzys yesterday, Shop keeper abused me so I shot him in the face jumped in a stolen motor & ran a few innocents over, As you do. Chopper came after me up in the hills so I shot it down, Was well chuffed to see it spiral down & thought to myself that's me safe now then.

You steal them, repaint them and pit a tracker on and it is yours. The high end cars already have trackers do you can't do this so you have to buy them and they get delivered to your garage.
If you buy a car and it's stolen do you lose it completely?

Well I'm fed up of doing races & with the 500k coming I'm spending my time doing things I've not done yet, Don't mind doing a few races but I want to do all the Missions & generally mess about.
I also have a 9k Bounty on me so if anybody wants an easy 9k join me & I'll let you shoot me in the face. If I'm going to get killed it may as well be Crew that picks the 9k up.
Anybody up for something new can shout me online later, Like I said I don't mind doing a few races but we have to try the other options in between.
If you don't die eventually you get the bounty payout.
That's the same one i bought, all the 10 Garage houses look identical inside except for the view.
That one is nice and close to a gun shop
I just bought a Comet and insured the Jag (something 620 i think?), i have no money now!
No, cars you buy come with insurance (you can insure stolen cars once they have a tracker, insurance is $10k).
If you loose them, you call the insurance company for a replacement.

is there any real need to have all the best cars?
did you steal them or buy them? also why all black? they look boring like that tbh.
i imagine a lot of them are just best stolen, then stored in your garage to become your own personal car, then resprayed, and insured yourself rather than outright buying to save cash.
i just bought an apartment for 250K, so with the 500K bonus thing, i can upgrade to the 400K apartment and then fill it with cars.
it's a shame you can only have 1 apartment at any one time, it basically means everyone online is surely going to have the 400K apartment, meaning any online game you go into, you will all be starting from and going to the same place all the time.
the view from my 250K apartment is horrible, it's all highways, i hope the 400K apartment is a lot nicer.
going to start spending cash on upgrading guns now, then starting a car and motorbike collection.

You can't make cars you steal your own past a certain value. So all the sports/rare cars I had to buy.

would be good to have a list of certain cars you "have" to buy, although i imagine if you have the cash, it's easier to buy than have to search around for one.
after spending all my cash on the 250K apartment, it was like a burden had been lifted, could finally start enjoying the game without worrying about death tax.
just started doing survival as well, the cash has started to flow in now.
i hope they don't nerf cash income from survival like they have other missions.

I won't be buying the most expensive apartment, I couldn't give two ***** what the view looks like from inside there, if I want a good view I'll get in a helicopter.

yeah but i imagine everyone aspires to own the 400K apartment regardless of the view.
there's nothing really to do in the apartment, i mean it's basically pointless apart from spawn point and the garage.
i really wanted to own a penthouse with a balcony, etc but the expensive apartments are all enclosed and the lower floor is quite small compared to the upper.
it's a shame all the 200k+ apartments are the exact same inside, i mean games in the past have been slated for repeating textures, maps, buildings, etc. but for GTA it seems to be okay.
i mean how hard would it be to make say even 3-5 different types of luxury apartments?
i won't be spending much time in it most likely but what is the point in spending 400K if the 250K apartment is the exact same?
that just doesn't make sense, especially if they are trying to sell you cash on the market.
regardless i want the 400K one.

They really dont want you to steal cars. I keep getting bounties after stealing them.
I'm not so sure at higher levels once you have mini guns, rpgs and sticky bombs its going to be that great. Its going to be instant death hell.
