What makes you happy?

It could be the simplest of things...Please share...I find a walk on the beach with the dog makes me happy especially when the beach is empty and the sea is very calm.Watching my dog swim makes me happy and enjoying nature

My daughter learned to reliably spoon feed herself this week. She's been dabbling with the spoon for a while, but mainly smearing stuff on her cheeks. Only noticed this morning, as she's at nursery 8.30am to nearly 5.30pm all week

My work - I smile when I get out of bed, albeit normally in one day I can count on one hand the amount of genuine patients we actually go to but it's those I go to work for of a morning... admittedly the Blue lights make me smile a bit too, I love the driving

My cats, they're always so happy to see me.

And ofc my freinds and family.

The only time I've ever literally jumped for joy is when Moussa Sissoko scored a late winner against Chelsea at St. James' Park.

More generally, it's hard to beat the feeling I get when I've made some kind of breakthrough in my PhD thesis.

Otherwise: freely bouncing breasts, people falling over - you know, the usual.
