OCZ RMA

I need to send my PSU back to OCZ, what do I need to include? The original box? All modular cables? Or just the PSU?
I've tried to navigate their website, but not found an answer :confused:

just the bare PSU, as that's all they will send you back (I think) brown box it up.

I wouldn't worry about it.

I have RMA'd a PSU with them and the turnaround was 6 working days for me.

Best bust up my OCZ stuff and get it replaced while i can.

I found OCZ to be excellent when I had to RMA with them.

So did I. Hopefully they wont go bust.

I quite like OCZs aesthetics when it comes to PSUs, Coolers and even the stickers that go on their SSDs!

They've told me it can take up to 14 days, but by the sounds of it I shouldn't be without the PC for too long.

The app was on the play store but has since disappeared. It was a free app so have it backed up. I'm in the process of making it better. I'll trust you a download link of the original
