Girlfriends due date coming soon

That's a double edged sword though, I had to have an emergency caesarean (I'm 5ft 5 and weigh 8st and my baby weighed 9lb 4, there was zero chance of a normal delivery :o).

I was unable to lift her properly for a while due to the operation and the fact she resembled a sumo wrestler, plus you are left with the scar after the operation.

All the mothers I have spoken to say a normal delivery is better on your body.

After seeing the "crowning image" I am not sure tbh... Things are never going to be same down-stairs after that surely...

Tbh my post was in jest lol. My sis in law had 2 c sections, first one was my niece and her heart rate fell like a rock so they had no choice and second my nephew was done because she hadnt dilated enough from what i could remember and she wanted the natural birth.

C section scars dont bother me, been with women who have had them and it didnt bother me one bit.

There are benefits and negatives to either method of delivery. A natural birth IS better for the baby and mother in terms of hormone release, recovery times etc, but there are some longer term issues with a natural birth (e.g. incontinence) that you don't get with a c-section. For my wife though, the worst part of a c-section was the inability to drive for 6 weeks after the birth. I was around for the first three weeks but the last three were difficult in terms of being able to move around.

My wife went through 24 hours of labour before they decided that my son needed to come out of the sun roof, turns out she has a slightly misaligned pelvis and he wasn't ever going to come out that way!

So you're quite the milf hunter then Yas?

Man up! You were there at the start so you should be there at the end!

All sense of dignity disappears in the labour ward so I wouldn't worry about it. Hope all goes well for mum and baby.

Are you a virgin?

Eh?!

My current experience is that the size is not big enough to easily accommodate myself when talking about width (not length), and that it can cause issues.

Hence why I said if it stretches out a bit it's not a massive issue as long as it's not a mad amount (eg like a ripped plastic bag :p )

I'm sorry I don't know the ins and outs of pregnancy, I probably just wasn't brought up in the same teenage mum house that you probably were. Though google shows that with exercise it tightens up to what it was before, so I don't really see your point.
