Well, we saw the husband with said family last week. But still doesn't mean anything, they could be separated.

All we have at the moment is proper kissing and cuddling and not husbands car on drive.

We've never seen any other car there apart from current van and husbands car. So unless the swingers walk, I'd have to rule this out.

It could be a close brother/sister relationship, but proper kissing in that regards is weird.
