I don't know whether to go for Win 8 or not or stick it out on Win 7 and hope that Win 9 is arrives soon. My experience so far of Win 8 on a Family members laptop has been nothing but problems.
Just one question if I did go for the offer would it have to be installed today or I could I do at a later?

I was trying to install it on Origin last night wondering why it was greyed out!
Can those with it installed still play beta or have they boxed it off till release?
Never had 1 problem whatsoever with CJS and bought ****load of keys from them.

My understanding is that you can use Windows 8 keys to unlock Windows 8.1? I am on the Windows 8.1 preview at present and looking to buy Windows 8 off the bay.
I was considering windows 8, but I want to see if Mantle renders it superfluous. I dont like giving money to the big three, MS, Intel or Nvidia as a rule of thumb unless its absolutely neccessary. Plus the patched beta worked a treat for me. I miss you BF4...........

My life without BF4 in it is ....
Why?
You get 4 maps per expansion and there are 5 expansions which equated to
20 maps for 30 quid i.e 1.50p a map. If they offer 40 hours per map 40x20=800 hours, which is 3.75p per hour.
You might pick up premium for less though.
So as a general figure if you buy BF4 plus premium and sink 600 hours into the game thats 10p an hour.........basically free entertainment.......breathing cost more because of food, heating, council tax, water, fuel and insurance....
Damn my water cost 50 quid a month and 177 c/tax
60 pound for BF4 and Premium, EA please bite my arm off!!!

You've bought it from here? I'm always skeptical about non official digital DL sites. Probably just being naive, bought COD from CJS as i wasn't bothered about losing it. Thats been fine

Reinstalled BF3 again to try and get some helicopter practice in but can't seem to find any maps with heli's on. Also had another go of multiplayer. I just can't get used to it again. Uninstalled.
Definitely won't be going back to it again.
Hurry up 1st November. I can see myself spending 30+ hours on BF4 in the 1st week alone.
