GTA V Multiplayer thread (360, XBOX ONE, PS3 and PS4)

Got my cash upto about 290k last night and thought I would buy a coquette as pretty quick stock and only 150k leaves me plenty for modification. Get the text to say it is in my garage so walk in just an empty space :( well that was a waste of money! Hopefully the patch comes soon so I can try and buy another one.
 
Back to the Survival Topic, I still can't believe they've decided to take the roof cover away, Surely that's the whole point of the Heli's for when you do decide to hide on the roof.

There's not enough cover on the ground to help you survive 20 guys with Machine guns and mini guns.
 
The railyard is still easy to complete without the roof, 3 of us just hung around the containers.

Its the one shot snipers what can be annoying.
 
On a better note, Bought a Comet and put a big spoiler on it, Thank god i'm good at racing (And my driving skill is 100/100) as I need to win 1 race for the Turbo and about 26? for the best Engine upgrade.
 
Yeah newswire does say the payment will be done after patch 1.08 I think, makes sense!

Your best bet is to take a very fast car (preferably a nicely modded elegy) to the North side of the base, and theres a hill that will jump you nicely over the fence. Once inside break through the fences and pull up next to one of the hangers. Jump in and leg it.

Think I had one of the bests plane races ever yesterday (certainly the best I've ever had). Me and some other guy duking it out for 1st place the entire race ducking and diving out of the way of each other, neck and neck going to the finish line.....he beats me by 0.006 seconds :eek: I couldn't believe it but I still got the most money I'm guessing because I lead most of the race
 
Dose anyone know what level you need to be to do the Job 'Battle for los Santos'?

Its a Jets against jets game (one of the best Jobs such fun up 16 players) but when I search for it I cant find it in the jobs section, only ever seems to pop up AFTER you have chosen a Job and completed it, in the other selection field.

Is it level specific? Im only at level 28 I think

Ended up just landing a helicopter right next to the hangers and all 3 of us got a jet and got away. Very boring things though, wanted to cause chaos in the server but you can't.
 
Me showing off to my mate tuther day cost me untold, Left my Beema where I took the cargo plane from & had to fight my way back to get it, Any time I went back near the Airport things went mental & when I finally did get my lush motor back it was battered so bad they got hold of me & wasted me. Beema got impounded so when I went to get that back & it was so badly ****** they got hold of me again & shot me face off.
In the end I went back with grenades & blew the ******* thing up & claimed on my insurance for a new one. :p

Could you not of just phoned your mechanic to bring your beemer back to you? would have been a lot easier and cheaper :p

Don't quote me on this though I think it works. If you take out another vehicle from your garage it puts your previous personal vehicle back in the garage so you can drive out, straight back in and get your beemer back.

Edit: Either option would only work prior to the car getting impounded obviously.

Mechanic couldn't fetch it from where it was & blanked me, he does that a lot, Left me half way up a mountain tuther day when I wrecked my sandking & I can't even beat him or dock his wages. :mad:
Was fun blowing up my car & pound though, I am now in the habit of carrying half a dozen grenades, When things go 3 & 4 star & old bill park there motors together to pen you in 1 nade takes them all out. :D
Expect to be raped by SWAT though. :p

Killed 2 SWAT & pinched there SUV tuther day & things went more mental than they've ever been. :cool:

I have been sticking to missions mainly so don't keep an eye on other things that appear though I think I was lower than that when the option came up for the tank deathmatch and would assume all vehicle death matches show up at the same level.

Edit: Quick google on the lists of what unlocks on what level, vehicle deathmatch isn't listed on any I can find so maybe it is unlocked from the start.

Yeah the mechanic can be a bit a PITA sometimes. What do you expect though, you pay him a measley $2607.14 per year :p

Mine was very helpful last night though, twice I was up at Trevors airfield and my car was destroyed, rang the insurance to get it back then rang my mechanic and he brought it to me :D

what are the best races to do for each category?

specifically interested in the "sports" category atm, as i got the elegy (nissan GTR) and have spent 100K+ on mods, but since i haven't won a single race, none of the performance mods are unlocked, so it's made zero difference to the speed of the car.







on another note, my mate whilst on a mission sticky bombed my car, he then automatically had 1K+ taken off him to pay the premium, so i got a replacement for free.

any idea why that happened? i take it they have patched the game so if you blow up other people's cars you have to pay for them?

i need to now go and get insurance on most of my vehicles but it's about 10K+ per vehicle.
