I appreciate that you probably have a similarly low intelligence level to that of Howard, but please do explain how spending £130 is "giving it all away"?
You seem rather irate. I would be after being duped by this too.
Oh and Mark, do continue to go retard and make a reference to me having a low level of intelligence, for your information I scored a reasonable 131 in a test administered at college for another student's research project.
When I took the cam cover off of my car (530i) the underside was a bit cokey. It's 140k miles old and the CCV return to the sump was blocked so I assume this was the cause.
Would there be any benefit of running any sort of specialist cleaners through the intake on my car? The CCV returns air free of oil vapour back to the intake, but as my sump drain was blocked I would assume the air still contained some oil vapours.
A common problem with this engine but I don't recall reading anything about cleaning after CCV system replacement.
I spent about £5,000 on petrol last year.
If I was afraid of ever spending money, I'd drive around in a old Fiesta. Cheap to buy, cheap to run, and throw it away afterwards...

Not really, he wrote a normal and useful thread only to be flamed and patronised by the holier than thou mob, a fairly common occurrence on this forum, don't blame him if he ranted after being goaded.
