Liquid gel for a CPU water cooler (Corsair H80I)

Hi everyone. I have a little problem. I have recently purchased a Corsair H80i CPU water cooler, now the problem is that I can't choose the cooling liquid. I have spoke to someone and they have advised me to go for a liquid gel, I had a look and I can't find it anywhere. If anyone can advise on alternatives or where to find this gel would be much appreciated. Thanks

Self-contained Cooling System
Hydro Series H80i comes pre-filled, and never needs refilling or priming.

It's a sealed unit that isn't ever meant to be taken apart

Just a thought - are they talking about thermal paste? To go between the H80i and the cpu?

I didn't lol ... I just bought the thermal pads from there ... And as I was there I've asked about the cooler as I wasn't sure
