Also, starting items. Seems the options are Dorans Blade or Boots of Speed. Guessing Dorans is a good one if you've got sustain or if your opponent isn't gonna be able to harass easily? Otherwise take Boots to less at risk?

It was neat as much because if you watch you will see tf had escaped but Scott consciously decided he was going down :-) Good play, his vayne almost did it in the next game but rennetton came into play and got some of the kills :-)

To be fair if you're lagging then you will be fighting against the tide. The make up of their team was insane. Not had quite that experience of having good vision and still getting a 4 man gank.

Scott what do you use to create the video. I have lol recorder always on but then translating that to a video always seems more challenging than it should.
 
Had a few games last night and looks like they've finally sorted EUW out.

Not sure how people still rage as much as they do at someone else when they do something wrong, Our jungle invader their jungle to take red, Gets ganked and yet it was top lanes fault??
 
Still remember my first Penta... Corporate Mundo ;) Well timed/aimed/guessed flash axe for that final kill :) I've not seen Mundo used in ages though, how come no one uses him these days?

Low damage, low mobility (relative to 'League of Gap Closing' champs), low sustain with one ignite, dangerous first clear, bad ganks and limited support I would imagine.

First games in Silver 1 and its going the same way as last time i was here.
Dominate lane, push top all the way to inhib. Roam and push mid to inhib, roam and push bot to inhib, secure us Baron and then my team do something really, really stupid and throw the game. In this case, the Wukong I completely destroyed ended up fed enough to decimate the entire team because my god damn imbecile mid and jungle decided to keep trying to 1v1 him in their jungle. In a 10 min period they fed him 12 kills, ridiculous. Its completely basic play, you should learn this stuff way before even leaving bronze. #mad

I know it seems like a massive whine, but seriously, you die 1v1 - respawn - and see him again stood on a ward so you rush back and die over and over and..
Even animals learn not to touch the electric fence quicker then some of these lot!

I've went from 90 points in gold 4 to zero points yesterday purely because of peoples inability to back at an appropriate time. In numerous games we were doing well and set to win and after having an amazing team fight and pushing down two towers and starting on the inhib the enemy team started to respawn. I was pinging to back along with another of my team mates well before the enemy could get to us but some greedy morons on my team just stand there on low hp hitting the inhib.

They just have no clue on when to back and it's one of my biggest bug bears in this game.

For starting items you should either start dorans blade or dorans shield + pot. Generally I go blade vs everyone except Cait and Draven.

Although lifesteal quints are kinda essential if you're gonna start dorans blade. I dunno what I'd get without them. Shield wouldn't be a bad option if you don't have lifesteal quints. I wouldn't ever go boots simply because you'd be at a stat disadvantage from the very start, the pots don't make up for that.

Fraps, then a h264 encoding program my friend created. It's actually super simple. Record, put the (uncompressed) video into a folder and open a file called encode.bat and it does everything in automatically in command line. I can upload his program if you want.

edit: oops was meant to edit this onto my last post instead of a new reply. oh well.
 
Well it seems that the push to Platinum may have to commence since they increased the end of the season to the 11th November.
Played a few games yesterday and got into my promos for Gold 3, won the next two and went straight up to Gold 1 so hopefully it shouldn't take that many games!

As for the comments above on Mundo, Alpherah is completely right. With the way his health goes down so fast on his first clear the enemy jungler can just sit as the second buff he takes and grab an easy first kill. Once he's got a few items like Sunfire/Spirit Visage (along with the CDR that comes from it for cleaver spam) Mundo can be quite deadly for champs with no escape. It's just his early game that is so disgustingly weak that means he's hardly ever picked up these days.

Was fun to play champs i don't usually play.

Surely thats counter productive if your aiming for gold? if you lose vs bronze players your LP will take a smashing!

everyoen remembers their first! mine was graves xD

leona ulti RQ 4 of em die and then chase down the 5th,

butmy second was thebest i ever did as it was a 1 v 5 poppy smash and went on to win the game alone. Fed poppy is fed.
